In 1957 City College honored Morris Raphael Cohen by naming in his honor the main research library that brought together major portions of the library collection into a new building. After the Morris Raphael Cohen Library moved into the North Academic Center in 1982, the vacated building became known as the Y-Building. It has been remodeled to serve as the home for the School of Architecture beginning in 2009. Y-Building 1961. CCNY Archives. (larger image) |
