As an ambassador to the game of basketball, Nat Holman corresponded with foreign countries and traveled the world spreading the gospel of basketball. He sent books, articles and his movies to Italy, Chile, Argentina, and Ecuador. In 1946 he went to Mexico to teach the essentials of basketball. In 1949 he set up clinics in Israel and Canada. In 1956 he taught conditioning and fundamentals in Turkey and from 1957-58 Holman toured the Far East—Japan, Korea, and Hawaii—teaching and promoting basketball.
