Selected Readings in the Philosophy of Law was Morris Cohen’s first co-edited volume with his son, Felix S. Cohen in 1931. It was used as a textbook at City College and St. John’s Law School.
It was reissued in 1951 as an expanded edition with Readings in Jurisprudence and Legal Philosophy.
